About the job
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce.com products and the Force.com platform.
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing information technology projects involving software development and the software development life cycle.
- Experience working with Agile and/or Continuous Delivery approaches and best practices.
- Experience using an Agile development framework to gather requirements, estimate tasks, translate business requirements into incremental features, and demonstrate new functionality to product owners.
- Experience working within an established project management office process.
- Experience managing third-party implementation vendors and support vendors.
- Experience designing and developing software components, with a strong Service-Oriented Architecture and integration background.
- Create and execute project work plans, revising them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identify needed resources and assign individual responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
- Review team-prepared deliverables before passing them to the client.
- Apply the company's methodology and enforce project standards.
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Identify and manage project risk.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Review team members' status reports and address issues as appropriate.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM with end-to-end implementation experience.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Salesforce.com integration experience, including integration between different business systems and work with integration tools.
