  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor for business leaders
  • Support annual People programs including compensation reviews, performance reviews, and employee engagement survey
  • Craft and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance employee engagement
  • Oversee and refine performance management processes
  • Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Lead and support initiatives related to organizational change
  • Implement HR practices that respect and incorporate global workforce diversity
