  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • OR Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Software Quality Engineer, or related certification
  • 2+ years experience in quality engineering, software engineering, or related roles
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Clover, WooCommerce, Magento)
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of high quality and rigorously consistent products
  • Contribute to the improvement of the company's quality standards and processes
  • Discover, identify, and document defects
  • Identify and help mitigate system risk
  • Contribute to quality process improvement
  • Influence product design by being the voice of the customer
  • Build and enhance suites of quality tests across multiple products, platforms, and applications
  • Analyze requirements and translate specifications
  • Design robust test plan strategies for sanity and regression testing
  • Collaborate in the use of quality tools and test frameworks
  • Interface with point of sale systems, web services, hardware devices, and data warehouses
  • Strive to become a subject matter expert in our products and the payment industry
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders
  • Other related tasks as assigned
