Responsibilities
  • Apply geomatics and computer science principles to resolve GNSS product issues.
  • Conduct field tests, record performance data, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Interface with Customer Support and directly assist customers with product issues.
  • Collaborate with software development and product management teams to address product revisions.
  • Write user guides, application notes, and support documentation.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed (under 25%).
