About the job
- A bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a budget and a team is required.
- Strong customer service, coordination, and administrative skills are required.
- Basic knowledge of building structures is required.
- Meticulous attention to detail is required.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications is required.
- A valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance are required.
- Work alongside the General Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Act as the liaison between guests and residents and the General Manager to answer questions and resolve maintenance and tenant issues.
- Greet prospective customers and show them the resort, sites or homes, and amenities.
- Execute agreements with new and returning guests and residents and ensure that all parties understand the terms and conditions of their contracts.
- Respond to questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct site inspections and manage guest violations.
- Collect overdue payments and discuss other issues requiring immediate attention.
- Manage the resort's custodial staff and oversee housekeeping duties, ensuring that all rental units meet company standards.
- Schedule, plan, and execute functions at the resort and manage the activities staff.
- Order inventory and obtain estimates for new projects.
- Manage calendars and perform general administrative tasks.
- Manage vendors and vendor contracts and insurance compliance.
- Conduct weekly competitor surveys.
- Manage risk management and incident reporting.
- Ensure that guests and residents feel comfortable, valued, and appreciated.
