- Approximately 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytics.
- Experience supporting CAR-T cell therapy analytics and oncology workflows.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience with IQVIA, Komodo, and Symphony Health datasets.
- Experience developing dashboards and statistical models, including Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for business audiences.
- Experience with claims and electronic health record data analytics, patient journey, adherence, persistence, initiation barrier analytics, prescriber insights, market trends, and brand performance tracking.
- Lead end-to-end commercial analytics engagements, delivering patient, prescriber, and market insights for top pharmaceutical brands.
- Conduct patient journey, adherence, persistence, and line-of-therapy analyses using claims and electronic health record data.
- Build automated dashboards and statistical models to support commercial decision-making and brand strategy.
- Support targeting and segmentation frameworks to optimize field deployment and enhance healthcare professional engagement.
- Track brand performance, launch readiness, key performance indicators, competitor activity, and promotional effectiveness.
- Integrate external datasets with internal customer relationship management and marketing data to deliver cross-channel insights.
- Partner with marketing, sales, medical, and market access teams to translate analytics into actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to support campaign optimization and resource allocation.
- Work cross-functionally to design targeting, segmentation, and field deployment strategies.
- Engage with internal analytics teams and external partners to ensure alignment and quality of deliverables.
