Requirements
Must have experience working in phone sales or customer service.
Must have an outstanding phone presence and be able to effectively handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Must be outgoing and patient, with strong customer relations ability.
Must be organized, able to multitask, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both as part of a team and on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring strong time management and prioritization.
Must maintain a professional personal appearance.
Must be available to work weekends.
Responsibilities
Manage all incoming and outgoing phone and internet sales leads.
Set, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments.
Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure sales clients are assisted in a timely manner.
Use the customer relationship management tracking system daily.
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or who do not attend scheduled appointments.
Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
Desired Qualifications
Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.
Prior business development center experience with an automotive dealership is desired.

PAY RANGE: $60,000 - $100,000 Annually (Range consists of hourly plus commission)
Must have experience working in phone sales or customer service. Preferably in a call center environment. Prior BDC experience with an automotive dealership is desired.
Outstanding phone presence, able to effectively field a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls.
Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
Organized, multi-tasker, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.
