Responsibilities
  • Research and develop products from conception to retail to meet the needs of accounts and consumers
  • Perform scientific and technological investigation directed toward the acquisition of new knowledge
  • Research enlarging and systematizing the organizations knowledge base by understanding the limitations of technology and how to apply its capabilities
  • Develop proof-of-concept prototypes to ensure manufacturability
  • Devise methods and tools for modeling, analyzing and developing products and services to align with manufacturing quality and methods
  • Apply engineering knowledge and research towards the development and design of new products and processes
  • Identify and leverage potential to improve efficiencies for solutions and products; and performs work in support of brand plans
