Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Act as a local liaison for the human resources department based in Barcelona.
  • Participate in deploying new tools.
  • Review expense reports.
  • Manage office purchasing, supplier liaison, insurance, and related administrative matters.
  • Participate in reconciling bank accounts and verifying supplier invoices.
  • Assist with entering financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
  • Support internal teams and the external accounting firm in preparing audits.
  • Participate in the sales cycle, client invoice preparation, and recognition of corresponding supplier invoices.
  • Participate in cash collection and client follow-up reminders.
