  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering
  • Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain it
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting Water / Wastewater projects, including the development of scope, schedule, and budget, and the subsequent monitoring of cost and schedule
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently
  • Willing and able to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and refinement of technical reports, design drawings, contract documents, cost estimates, and permits, ensuring all components align with project goals and timelines
  • Help facilitate client workshops, supporting the presentation of technical advancements and contributing to the seamless flow of project studies and design discussions
  • Coordinate project delivery strategies and job management plans, work within established QA frameworks to help secure resources, monitor work briefs, and track budgets
  • Support pricing, estimating, and scoping efforts, and contribute to marketing strategies for new clients and projects
  • Organize CAD team efforts and manage the preparation and updates of reports, specifications, construction schedules, and environmental impact studies
  • Coordinate field investigations and client communications, ensuring technical and contractual matters are clearly addressed and meetings are effectively managed
