Warehouse Assistant / Facilities Engineer - Maintenance
About the job
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse management role.
- Good communication skills.
- Good computer skills for data entry and inventory management, including familiarity with at least Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, or an enterprise resource planning system.
- Physically fit and able to engage in heavy lifting for warehouse items.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications, electrical, or maintenance work.
- Must be willing to work on-call, shifting schedules, and emergency restoration.
- Must be willing to learn fiber optic work.
- Ensure the Davao warehouse is orderly and tidy as necessary.
- Track and manage inventory levels.
- Manage and update the Warehouse Management System.
- Communicate with other departments, including the Warehouse team in Manila, to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Receive, check, and record incoming deliveries.
- Fulfill requests for materials and tools from different teams for job completion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist in basic Internet Service Provider and Outside Plant maintenance activities and fault restoration.
- Support preventive maintenance and site inspections.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, service vehicles, and work areas.
- Complete maintenance documentation and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
