Responsibilities
  • Provide executive and administrative support to the COO (Chief Operating Officer) and another GTM Leader at Plaid
  • Work closely with and represent Executive(s) both internally and externally, with composure and discretion
  • Heavy scheduling and ability to independently and efficiently own Executive level calendars
  • Coordinate internal meetings including, but not limited, to one-on-one meetings, interviews, All Hands, etc
  • Own and Drive meeting agendas, including action items and follow ups
  • Prepare slide decks and team wide correspondence
  • Manage complex travel and coordination
  • Plan and execute leadership offsites and events
  • Track expenses and manage budget oversight
  • Manage additional special projects across GTM, the EA Team, and Plaid
