Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • A current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license is required.
  • Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs and materials.
  • Must be vaccinated for COVID-19 and obtain any required vaccinations for vendor credentialing.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the subject matter expert for product use in key market segments to support company revenue growth goals.
  • Collaborate with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive on-site and virtual customer training and education, including curricula, processes, tools, and programs.
  • Develop a common understanding of the technology across care providers and articulate the clinical and economic value proposition.
  • Participate in product evaluations and installations.
  • Assess needs and provide comprehensive education and hands-on training on products, including maintenance and troubleshooting, addressing all members of the clinical team.
  • Provide education and training necessary to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts.
  • Provide internal and external clinical and educational support, including new-hire and ongoing sales training and development.
  • Deliver on-site and virtual education, training, and continuing-education and non-continuing-education presentations, including in-person state and potential national society presentations.
  • Travel overnight approximately 60% of the time and work flexible hours.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience training or educating healthcare professionals.
  • Prior experience in the medical device industry in a clinical specialist role.
  • Existing in-depth knowledge and use of Sentec products.
