Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product/project management preferably in healthcare solutions
  • Experience with building end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle flows within CRM products, preferably Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Experience with implementing and integrating new tools and products into a CRM
  • Experience with data sharing via ETL/API to ensure seamless integration between CRM and other downstream products
  • Experience with agile software development best practices
  • Technical background with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Experience with product, design and project management tools such as Jira, Figma, Miro, etc
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the mission to eliminate every barrier to mental healthcare for members
  • Lead and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to identify a strategic roadmap of investment
  • Lead initiatives and projects tied to a single source of truth for collaborating teams within Salesforce
  • Lead initiatives and projects to improve operations and integration with CRM, Salesforce
  • Act as a thought partner with other operational leaders to help navigate complex challenges and inform the roadmap
  • Define, own, and socialize a roadmap that balances user & business needs with technical decisions and constraints
  • Gather data-driven insights about users and the market landscape to propose solutions
  • Develop goals and associated KPIs to understand the impact of the team’s work
  • Develop deep relationships with cross-functional partners to gain an understanding of the key problems to focus on
  • Organize and facilitate sprint ceremonies for the team including backlog grooming, planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Manage and identify both internal and external project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Cultivate and sustain effective partnerships and foster a culture of continuous improvement

  • Experience with Hubspot, SmartSheet, IronClad, etc.
  • Experience with building and managing solutions that lead to proven end-user outcomes
