Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field; rising juniors or seniors are preferred.
  • Have a basic understanding of business systems or enterprise resource planning concepts.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be comfortable learning new software platforms quickly.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with configuration and administration of enterprise resource planning and human resources information system platforms such as Sage, Workday, or similar systems.
  • Support user account setup, access requests, and basic permissions troubleshooting.
  • Help maintain system documentation, process guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Build and maintain internal reports and dashboards for IT and business stakeholders.
  • Assist with data cleanup, validation, and reconciliation across business systems.
  • Help troubleshoot day-to-day system issues and document recurring problems and fixes.
  • Support integration testing between systems during upgrades or rollouts.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for active IT projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to enterprise resource planning platforms such as Sage, Workday, or NetSuite.
  • Basic SQL or data query experience.
  • Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems.
