Responsibilities
  • Lead both in-person and virtual learning and development sessions, serving as a coach and expert facilitator for a wide range of topics, including leadership development, team development, change readiness, soft skills, and assessments
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to assess learning needs for leaders and teams, creating impactful and scalable learning opportunities
  • Manage external vendors responsible for delivering learning content
  • Develop a common language and framework aligned with leadership expectations at Figma
  • Establish and integrate effective learning evaluation metrics and processes to ensure a data-driven approach to assessing learning needs and ROI
  • Experiment frequently and rapidly scale successful pilot programs to a global level
