About the company

Hello Heart provides a digital therapeutics program for cardiovascular health that includes a free blood pressure monitor and a mobile app to track heart metrics and manage conditions, offered through employers and health plans as a covered benefit (B2B2C). The product connects a blood pressure monitor to the app, allowing users to track blood pressure, cholesterol, and medications, with personalized health insights and coaching informed by behavioral science. What believers are saying

  • May 2026 Circulation study found higher enrollment among lower-income members and fewer ED visits.
  • August 2026 heart-failure study reported $7,001 lower medical spend and fewer hospitalizations.
  • October 2025 Nia launch deepens engagement, extending coach-like support between clinician visits.

What critics are saying

  • Employer ROI proof still depends on self-reported savings and usage, weakening renewal leverage.
  • Category incumbents like CVS, Aetna, and digital point-solution platforms can bundle away differentiation.
  • If ACC validation fails or outcomes disappoint, health-plan adoption and valuations compress fast.

What makes Hello Heart unique

  • Hello Heart combines connected monitors, app coaching, and medication support in one workflow.
  • ACC collaboration in March 2026 validates clinical credibility and EMR integration ambitions.
  • Navitus distribution in September 2025 expands access through PBM contracting and billing.
