myDNA provides direct-to-consumer DNA testing and analysis to support precision health. Its pharmacogenomics service analyzes how a person’s genes influence their response to medications to help clinicians optimize drug choice and dosing, reducing adverse effects. It also offers nutrigenomics insights to tailor nutrition, fitness, sleep, and vitamin plans, with reports sent to the patient’s healthcare provider. The company operates online test kits and pharmacy partnerships and expanded globally through a merger with Gene by Gene/FamilyTreeDNA, now owned by the DBG Group; its goal is to use genetic information to improve treatment effectiveness and overall wellbeing.
