Requirements
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on the Salesforce platform
  • Proven experience gathering requirements and designing solutions for at least two major Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, Object & Field setup, Permission Sets, Reports & Dashboards)
  • Strong skills in creating user stories, process flow diagrams, and functional design documents
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and lead requirement-gathering sessions
Responsibilities
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders (from end-users to executives) to gather and prioritize business requirements
  • Analyze and document complex business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable user stories, process flows, and functional requirements
  • Create detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, ready for the development team
  • Design and document solution proposals, including configuration (clicks) vs. code (custom development) options, weighing the pros and cons of each
  • Work closely with Salesforce Architects and Developers to ensure solutions are technically sound and aligned with the platform best practices
  • Maintain and manage the product backlog for your assigned business units
  • Develop and execute test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet the defined requirements
  • Facilitate UAT sessions with business users and gather feedback for iterations
  • Create and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new features and functionalities
  • Provide post-launch support and act as a tier-2 point of contact for troubleshooting functional issues
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding Salesforce capabilities and projects
  • Communicate project status, updates, and potential risks effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong, collaborative relationships
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
  • Any Salesforce Consultant (e.g., Sales, Service) or Platform App Builder certification
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Familiarity with project management and Agile tools like Jira
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce data model and security concepts
  • Experience with data migration and data quality principles
