Responsibilities
  • Expand WalkMe's client base by researching and targeting prospective accounts to create net-new selling opportunities
  • Identify and create cross selling opportunities within customer accounts
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads; this includes adhering to the SLAs set for follow up on inbound leads (MQLs)
  • Use creative communications designed to increase customer interest in WalkMe products
  • Research prospective clients and acquiring high-level contacts
  • Book initial qualification and/or discovery meetings for AE's within your assigned accounts
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity including outbound cold (and warm) calls, emails and social selling
  • Evangelize WalkMe and the Digital Adoption model
