Requirements
  • A high school diploma.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including PeopleSoft, ImageNow, customer relationship management systems, Microsoft Office, and email, to perform job duties effectively.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of student inquiries, correspondence, and records.

Responsibilities
  • Create new student records for freshman, transfer, re-entry, and international undergraduate applicants.
  • Evaluate and interpret PeopleSoft query results.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement record-building processes in response to efficiency, effectiveness, student-information-system technology, and policy changes.
  • Process daily USPS-delivered application materials when necessary, including opening, sorting, and labeling documents.
  • Perform and maintain digital file maintenance.
  • Provide back-up for the reception area and perform other assigned duties.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for individuals and groups and provide organizational information by phone, in person, and through other communication methods.
  • Schedule logistics and secure resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain electronic and physical recordkeeping methods and organizational systems according to established policies and procedures.
  • Develop, send, receive, copy, and distribute communications to appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and audit complex records, edit documents, and review work completed by others.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience using PeopleSoft and ImageNow functionality to process applicant records.
  • Ability to interpret high school and post-secondary transcripts.
  • Ability to calculate grade point averages.
