  • Perform spot checks of field testing and documentation; help ensure that passing tests adhere to the Sequence of Operations and that test evidence supports the result.
  • Support quality assurance analysis of metrics and leading indicators of Critical and High issues during Level 4, RVT, and Level 5 Integrated Systems Testing inspection checklists.
  • Support formal gating of systems between commissioning levels by confirming prerequisites, documentation, and readiness, and escalate when installation or documentation quality does not meet the Reliability Standard.
  • Manage the master commissioning issue log for assigned projects, categorize issues by severity, and drive root cause analysis for Level 4 and Level 5 Critical and High issues through verified closeout.
  • Collaborate with Site Operations to assess the impact of open deficiencies, define workarounds or Manual Operating Procedures when appropriate, and ensure risks are documented and understood.
  • Hold General Contractors and vendors accountable to the commissioning schedule, documentation requirements, and technical design intent.
  • Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to support successful implementation and verification of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Communicate status, successes, challenges, and plans of action to management and the broader team in a timely manner.
