We are looking for:

We are looking for new travel agents with experience in Travel Industry and customer care that have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

 

Your role in BizAway : 
 

• Made a reservation for our Client thought the Platform and using our Provider

• Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail and travel request by our platform

• Entering customer information in our system to issue reservation or update the booking

• Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in Platform

• Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, ecc)

Your basic qualifications
 

• At least 2 years of previous experience in Customer Support

• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in local travel agency

• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian (B2 and up)

• Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning)

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check

We are also interested in 
 

• Good communication skills in English

• Customer Care experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
