Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Interest or experience in documentation creation and Digital Adoption are a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Atlassian Confluence are a plus

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation, curation, and consolidation of the learning and training materials (FAQs and How-To documents; whatfix
  • Work with various teams and stakeholders to identify and collect the most relevant and up-to-date information for inclusion in the materials
  • Help in creating the design, layout, framework, and navigation for making the material accessible to the users
  • Organize and present information in a clear and concise manner
  • Help conduct user training sessions in how to get the most out of the information available
  • Help in creating learning materials on how to use training and learning materials for DX and other business systems
