Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in creative operations
  • 6+ years of experience in creative, marketing, or design project / program management, preferably within a high-growth startup, marketplace or creator-focused platform.
  • Experience handling complexity and navigating ambiguity with teams on large-scale brand campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Experience working with product & marketing teams from roadmapping through delivery.
  • Track record of operating independently and without oversight in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Able to prioritize, assess tradeoffs, problem solve, and propose clear solutions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Deep understanding of creative processes and timelines.
  • Experience managing vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and drive large, organization-level marketing initiatives forward that have multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines, multiple dependencies and many moving parts.
  • Field creative requests from cross-functional teams, build processes and foundations from the ground up, and manage priorities and bandwidth to optimize resourcing to support a growing marketing team.
  • Proactively assess risk, raise flags, and resolve issues before they become problems for the larger teams.
  • Own and facilitate meetings to drive progress against goals and objectives, and establish clear next steps and owners while resolving blocks that impede progress.
  • Use persuasive communication to the right audience to get buy-in and feedback. Proactive in problem solving and effective information distribution.
  • Define and measure impact of programs and initiatives both qualitatively and quantitatively. Continually refine and iterate to ensure usage and adoption.
  • Scales programs and initiatives when necessary. Delegates effectively with clear expectations.
  • Source and manage operational budgets, vendor relationships and contracts related to how our creative team operates.
