About the company

VFit Group runs locally operated Club Pilates studios in Southern California for people seeking instructor-led exercise at different experience levels. Its studios teach Reformer Pilates, combining guided group classes with private sessions and equipment such as reformers, chairs and springboards. Instructors work with clients on strength, mobility and balance, with classes adapted to a range of abilities rather than a single training level. The studios combine local management with the class formats, equipment and operating standards of the national Club Pilates franchise. The business earns revenue through studio memberships, class packages, private training and merchandise sales.
