Unlike many competitors, ServiceNow focuses on serving large enterprises across multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, retail, and manufacturing, which seek to modernize their operations through digital transformation. The platform operates on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model, allowing clients to access it via the internet without needing to install it on their own servers. This model not only simplifies access but also provides ServiceNow with a steady revenue stream through subscription fees. The company's goal is to help organizations reduce costs and improve service delivery by leveraging automation and digital workflows.
