- Two to four years of agency experience or equivalent work history are required.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Experience fully developing wireframes and application flowcharts for mobile and web applications based on requirements and guidelines is required.
- Working familiarity and demonstrable experience with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's user interface guidelines are required.
- Interact with software development teams to ensure the appropriate look and feel is achieved in the end product.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of best practices, developments, and trends in user experience and user interface design, including responsive design.
- Design and conduct user testing for current project requirements and new user experiences for augmented reality and virtual reality.
- Develop wireframes from initial whiteboarding and paper prototyping through collaborative online wireframing tools.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Discuss projects with clients to understand business objectives, brand guidelines, and user needs, and define user experience goals.
- Develop user stories, user experience rationale documents, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the quality assurance manager.
