- An ABET-accredited engineering degree or a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field is required.
- At least 3 years of related experience is required.

- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Apply systems engineering principles throughout the full lifecycle, including requirements development, system architecture, design analysis, integration planning, verification and validation, and technical risk assessment.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining models using Systems Modeling Language and Unified Architecture Framework Modeling Language.
- Assist in developing system models, architectures, and data models to facilitate interoperability.
- Support evaluation of requirements and resource needs.
- Help identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Participate in regular reviews to ensure planning aligns with leadership priorities and evolving stakeholder conditions.
- Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
