Requirements
  • You have a Bac +3 and wish to prepare a Mastère (M1) Sport Business specializing in sport commerce and distribution through an apprenticeship at the school.
  • The apprenticeship requires rigor, discretion, organization, good interpersonal skills, and adaptability.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing the B2C and B2B class schedules.
  • Monitor B2C classes, including coach absences, cancellations, and attendance, and optimize the schedule.
  • Assist with back-office tasks, including creating class slots and modifying coach, location, and practical information details.
  • Manage relationships with service providers, including studio rooms and changing-room partners.
  • Build member loyalty.
  • Maintain the retention rate.
  • Call cancelled customers weekly.
  • Convert new customers.
  • Call prospects weekly and create accounts.
  • Recruit coaches.
