  • Previous experience in SaaS environment; preference for experience in both public and private-equity-owned environments

  • Master story-telling abilities for creating and delivering clear, compelling presentations
  • Review and analyze materials to distill critical insights and recommend execution plans
  • Own key operational rhythms/processes (e.g., weekly team meetings, QBRs, planning sessions)
  • Develop and maintain solid working relationships with senior leaders and key initiative owners
  • Utilize data analysis skills to identify improvement areas and make actionable recommendations
  • Be mentored by the CCO and other leaders for developmental opportunities
