About the company

West Coast Wound and Skin Care treats patients with wounds and skin conditions in their homes, residential care facilities and outpatient clinics. Its physicians and other clinicians manage chronic ulcers, pressure injuries and wounds caused by surgery or trauma, including patients who struggle to travel for appointments. The medical group combines wound treatment with dermatology, so care also addresses skin conditions that complicate healing. What believers are saying

  • Licensed newcomers get support: the Las Vegas nurse practitioner role accepts inexperienced applicants and includes 24/7 clinical backup.
  • Insurance broadens patient access: Medicare and a range of private plans are accepted for treatment.
  • Training travel is funded: the Burbank clinical educator role covers expenses for assignments across California and other states.

What critics are saying

  • Travel dominates sales work: the Orange County representative spends most working time traveling through the assigned territory.
  • Therapy pay depends on visits: the Antelope Valley physical therapist contractor base assumes six patient visits daily.
  • Contractors carry overhead: the Los Angeles advanced-treatment role assigns taxes, professional expenses and insurance responsibilities to providers.

What makes West Coast Wound unique

  • Care follows a weekly rhythm: West Coast Wound schedules recurring visits to track healing and adjust treatment.
  • Quality oversight has its own team: dedicated assurance staff review clinical documentation, patient outcomes and treatment protocols.
  • Healing draws on other specialties: the medical group partners with nutritionists and physical therapists for coordinated patient care.
