Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in a Customer Success role within SaaS
  • Team player willing to pick up and help others achieve shared goals
  • Automotive Experience is a Plus
  • Ability to use Success and Revenue tooling (i.e. Vitally, Salesforce, etc)

  • Adaptability in an ever-growing team and customer base

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with strategic customers
  • Manage and check-in proactively on a regular cadence with customers
  • Drive depth within the book of business and make strategic recommendations
  • Become a trusted advisor and advocate for customers' stakeholders and executives
  • Partner with Commercial leaders for upsells, cross-sells, and renewals
  • Remove adoption roadblocks and recommend solutions
  • Represent customer use cases internally
  • Travel to customer locations for meetings and events
