About the company

Orion Casting manufactures metal components for equipment makers, with high-pressure casting operations for aluminum, magnesium and zinc parts. It supplies components for products ranging from vehicles and outdoor equipment to lighting and appliances, with machining, finishing and assembly available within the same manufacturing group. Customers buy custom parts and finished assemblies, and the company combines production services so manufacturers have fewer separate suppliers to coordinate. Dedicated project managers coordinate production planning with customers, designers and suppliers. Established in 2026, Orion has its North American headquarters in Grafton, Wisconsin.

  • Engineers stay close to manufacturing: Orion assigns product-development technical expertise to every production site.

What critics are saying
