Job Description

ProSidian Seeks a Training and Education Specialist – Family Support Services | Family Education and Life Skills Training [DOA0012011] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located Fort Bragg, NC  Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting  support services that supplement Soldier readiness and the well-being of the Army Family.

Seeking Training and Education Specialist – Family Support Services candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as DOA.  This as a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Family Education and Life Skills Training Functional Area Professional - Instructional Delivery Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Instructional Delivery (Training and Education Specialist – Family Support Services) in the DOD/Military Industry Sector focusing on Program / Project Management  Solutions for clients such as Department of Army  (DOA) | Fort Bragg Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Generally Located In Fort Bragg, NC  and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Training and Education Specialist – Family Support Services | Family Education and Life Skills Training [DOA0012011]

• Deliver 3–4 parenting/life skills classes per month.
• Maintain curriculum flow, materials, and attendance records.
• Conduct quarterly educational needs assessments.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Training and Education Specialist – Family Support Services | Family Education and Life Skills Training [DOA0012011] (DOA0012011) Candidates:

• Training experience in family services or social science domains.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Education, Social Science, or Behavioral Health.
• 2–4 years of classroom or adult training experience.

Skills Required

• Instructional design, facilitation, audience tailoring.

Competencies Required

• Presentation, adaptability, learner engagement.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Shares insights with PM for strategic alignment.
• Coordinates with QA Specialist for post-class evaluations.

Other Details

• Prepares participant packets and assessments.
