- Set an example for the team by ensuring the store is maintained to a high standard.
- Develop commercial performance indicators and implement action plans.
- Coach and train team members on a daily basis.
- Manage inventory through regular stock counts and monitoring of stock loss.
- Support the Store Manager with the team's administrative management.
