  • Proven experience in customer service or account management, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software systems to manage client information and interactions.

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a business related field
  • Prior lending and/or Account Management experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service practices, ensuring their goals are met with LendingTree’s suite of services.
  • Understand each client's specific goals and financial positions to tailor services that align with their needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and making recommendations to improve their performance.
  • Educate clients on new and existing financial products and services that could benefit their business.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team on client trends, challenges, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement in our service offering.
