About the job

Requirements
  • Six or more years of experience in digital analytics, business intelligence, marketing data science, or a closely related discipline.
  • Expert SQL skills, including common table expressions, window functions, materialized views, and cost-aware query design, with hands-on experience in client-owned data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, and Sigma.
  • Advanced business intelligence skills in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance optimization, and row-level security.
  • Strong adoption and comfort with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
  • Experience unifying paid media, web, customer relationship management, and revenue data into analysis-ready datasets within client data environments.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and the underlying data structures of their platform exports and APIs.
  • Experience building forecasting models with time-series methods, regression, or scenario-based modeling.
  • Hands-on Python or R experience for statistical analysis, pandas-based data manipulation, and reproducible analytical workflows.
  • Understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing mix concepts, and cross-channel measurement principles.
  • Experience with offline conversion tracking, customer relationship management integrations such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and call tracking platforms such as CTM and Marchex.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical work.
  • Documentation, communication, and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Synthesize large, multi-source datasets across paid media, web, customer relationship management, ecommerce, offline conversions, and call tracking into performance narratives.
  • Analyze channel contribution, funnel efficiency, audience segmentation, lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, marketing efficiency ratio, and cohort behavior.
  • Apply statistical methods to complex, multidimensional datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Translate raw data into business-aligned insights tied to revenue, pipeline, retention, and growth outcomes.
  • Partner with Strategy leadership to inform testing roadmaps, investment decisions, and budget reallocation.
  • Build and maintain forecasts for revenue, spend, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, and other key performance indicators across paid channels, ecommerce, and lead-generation environments.
  • Develop baseline-versus-optimized scenario models projecting incremental opportunity from strategic shifts.
  • Apply seasonality decomposition, time-series methods, and regression-based projection techniques.
  • Quantify the financial impact of audit findings, optimization recommendations, and budget changes.
  • Identify leading indicators of underperformance before they appear in lagging metrics.
  • Build and maintain business intelligence environments using tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, and Sigma.
  • Design semantic data models, DAX measures, and reusable datasets that scale across clients and account types.
  • Build executive-ready dashboards that present complex datasets through clear, narrative-driven performance views.
  • Establish single-source-of-truth reporting frameworks reconciling platform data with customer relationship management and ecommerce truth.
  • Optimize query performance, data refresh patterns, and cost efficiency across business intelligence infrastructure.
  • Query, model, and analyze marketing and business data in client-owned warehouses, including BigQuery, Snowflake, and Sigma.
  • Write performant SQL against client schemas to build datasets, views, and aggregations for analysis and reporting.
  • Develop warehouse-layer attribution logic, including multi-touch, last-click, position-based, and custom blends, using the client's available technology stack.
  • Adapt to varying data architectures, naming conventions, and governance models across enterprise client environments.
  • Partner with client data teams to align on definitions, source-of-truth logic, and access patterns.
  • Support offline conversion pipelines through platform APIs such as Google Ads and Meta Conversions API when data engineering input is required.
  • Validate that conversion tracking, attribution logic, and data flows across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, GA4, and customer relationship management environments feed the warehouse consistently.
  • Partner with tag management specialists to translate analytical requirements into data layer specifications.
  • Identify discrepancies between platform reporting and source-of-truth data and trace them to root cause.
  • Enforce consistent event taxonomies, UTM structures, and naming conventions at the data layer.
  • Ensure analytical outputs respect privacy frameworks and consent management requirements.
  • Act as the analytical counterpart to the Strategy Director or Enterprise Account Director on assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Diagnose performance issues, size opportunities, and pressure-test strategic hypotheses with data.
  • Translate technical findings into language that resonates with C-level client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, Client Services, and Strategy teams to align analytical outputs with execution.
Desired Qualifications
  • Python is preferred over R for statistical analysis and analytical workflows.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio, Tableau, or other secondary business intelligence surfaces.
  • Working familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4 implementation sufficient to specify and validate, but not necessarily build.
  • Experience with marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, or geo-experiments.
  • Familiarity with extract, transform, and load and transformation tools such as Fivetran, Stitch, or dbt.
  • Experience designing or architecting marketing data warehouses from scratch.

Influencers Harness Ai To Boost Fame And Fortune

Artificial intelligence (AI) is having a Kim Kardashian moment. Dicer.ai, an AI-driven advertising performance analytics company, and FameFlow.ai, the world’s first celebrity and influencer AI likeness rights licensing platform, announced a partnership on Wednesday (April 10) to boost the influencer marketing landscape. The move is part of a broader trend of influencers increasingly using AI. “AI can streamline what used to be a tedious influencer discovery and relationship-building process by creating instant filters, screening for influencer fraud, engagement metrics and the forecasting of campaign results based on past data,” Sara Saffari, a fitness influencer with over 2 million followers on Instagram, told PYMNTS. “This means campaigns that can be better targeted, evaluated and eventually run at scale.”
