Requirements
At least 4 years of quality assurance experience for websites and web applications, preferably in a digital agency or fast-paced product environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct functional testing of websites and applications, including features, interactions, application programming interfaces, and user flows, to ensure they operate as intended and meet project requirements.
Perform visual and user experience testing across platforms, browsers, and devices to verify consistent, accurate implementation against design specifications, primarily Figma mockups.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on business requirements, design specifications, and user stories for web and application projects.
Identify, document, and track bugs, edge cases, and inconsistencies in a bug tracking system, provide clear reproduction steps, and collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
Work with designers, developers, and project managers to understand design intent and technical functionality and provide feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
Verify cross-platform performance and responsiveness across browsers, screen sizes, mobile devices, and operating systems.
Participate in design and technical reviews to assess testability, usability, and risk, and advocate for quality and performance best practices.
Support backend and frontend testing, including form validations, data integrity, authentication flows, and integration points.
Contribute to improvements in quality assurance tools, processes, and standards for testing web and software applications.
Communicate testing progress, findings, potential risks, and recommended fixes to stakeholders and project teams.
Support client handoffs by verifying that final products meet functional and visual standards.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with test automation tools or frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Familiarity with Figma and Postman for evaluating design fidelity and API testing.

Responsibilities
