About the job
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- MAP (Medication Administration) certification must be obtained within the first three months of employment.
- Implement specific instructional activities and treatment programs designated by Individual Support Plans.
- Provide case management for one individual.
- Collect and record data regarding the daily performance of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas.
- Supervise instructional activities in residence and community settings.
- Monitor all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence.
- Safely transport individuals to scheduled recreational activities within the community and ensure their comfort and well-being during transit.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
