Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree and four to ten years of related experience in a service delivery environment and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The ability to provide leadership and management to a team of professionals.
  • The ability to build sustainable systems and processes to improve organizational performance.
  • The ability and willingness to grow professionally and enable the growth of individuals around them.
  • Successful completion of reference, motor vehicle record, and background checks is required for contingent job offers.
Responsibilities
  • Implement and advance customer care plans.
  • Manage staff with varying backgrounds and responsibilities across the customer's continuum of care.
  • Manage independent contractors working in the field as an extension of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Monitor performance trends using quality assurance methods, including data trending and key performance indicators.
  • Focus on customer relations to retain customers and grow the customer base.
  • Identify and implement innovations in service delivery.
  • Support and implement processes that improve service delivery and maximize efficiencies.
  • Attend Management Team meetings regularly.
  • Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to assess progress toward departmental goals and objectives.
  • Monitor billing activities for assigned services.
  • Develop and monitor the department's budget.
  • Arrange recruitment, assignment, and training of appropriate personnel.
  • Establish standards for accountability and consistency across departmental functions and staff.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints; and resolve problems.
