Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, with a track record of developing and executing successful enablement strategies in a technology or AI-related field

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with Anthropic's business objectives and sales goals
  • Create and deliver engaging onboarding, ongoing training programs, and enablement resources that enable sales teams to effectively communicate the value of Anthropic's AI products to customers
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, product management, and other key stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted enablement initiatives to address them
  • Design and implement sales enablement content, tools, and resources that support the sales process and drive adoption of best practices
  • Utilize data-driven insights from sales conversations and other sources to continuously refine and optimize enablement programs
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using metrics to demonstrate impact on sales performance and revenue growth
