  • Lead and shape an AI-native Design organization with an operating model for designers, agents, and cross-functional teams to create higher-quality experiences at greater speed.

  • Embed rigorous user research across product development by engaging clinical and billing experts through co-design, workflow observation, and qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Create clarity in ambiguous spaces, help teams solve the right problems, and make tradeoffs explicit.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure design intent survives implementation and the finished experience is reliable, coherent, accessible, and delightful to use.
  • Develop designers as leaders and active contributors to product direction, beyond ownership of screens or deliverables.
  • Represent the customer and design perspective in senior leadership discussions, product prioritization, launch decisions, and company-wide quality conversations.
  • Create a candid, collaborative, intellectually curious environment in which designers can do their best work and are accountable for impact.
  • Improve clinician and practice-team experience, including usability, consistency, and confidence in the products.
  • Improve design quality and product coherence, reduce late-stage design issues, and reduce avoidable rework.
  • Improve the quality and consistency of customer insight used in product decisions.
  • Improve design team health, retention, hiring, growth, and clarity of ownership.
  • Improve Product Development velocity through stronger design systems, review practices, reusable patterns, and AI-native ways of working.

The system is designed to be easy to learn (less than an hour) and includes features like electronic faxes, appointment management, and clinical insights to support care decisions. Revenue comes from subscription fees for the software service. The platform aims to reduce administrative work and boost face-to-face time with patients by improving provider collaboration and streamlining workflows, rather than relying on hardware or on-premises software.

Elation Health adds beta payment posting to primary-care billing workflow.

Elation Health adds beta payment posting to primary-care billing workflow. Elation Health has added automated payment posting to its AI-assisted billing workflow for primary-care practices, connecting payment records to a process that starts with a clinician's signed visit note. The feature is in beta, and Elation says it will be available to new customers starting November 1, 2026. From visit note to payment record. Elation supplies electronic health record and billing software for primary-care practices. In its described workflow, a signed visit note informs draft billing codes; practice-set fees and claim checks are applied before a claim is sent. Connecting claim submission to payment records could reduce routine handoffs for practices using both its clinical and billing software. Practices can choose how much routine work proceeds automatically. Elation says partial payments, complex transactions and denied claims go to a person with an explanation and a recommended next step. Co-founder and CEO Kyna Fong presents the wider workflow as a way to reduce administration while clinicians focus on patients. What the beta does not establish. Elation's earlier fast-lane announcement described automated coding, claim review and submission for qualifying claims. Its billing help documentation describes an Auto-Post ERAs function, and a September product description also refers to automated electronic remittance advice posting. Those materials do not explain how the October beta differs technically or commercially from the existing posting function; Elation presents the new step as part of its connected note-to-payment workflow. Elation says practices' manual work per claim has fallen by more than 70% since March 2026 across its approach to billing. Its October announcement gives no sample size or calculation method and does not isolate savings attributable to the payment-posting beta.

HealthBar selects Elation Health to power employer-based primary care at scale.

HealthBar selects Elation Health to power employer-based primary care at scale. Employer-focused primary care organization chooses Elation's open platform to support proactive care, occupational health workflows, and reporting across employer worksites SAN FRANCISCO-(BUSINESS WIRE)-Elation Health, the clinical-first technology platform for modern primary care success, today announced that HealthBar, an employer-focused primary care organization delivering onsite and virtual proactive, preventive care to dozens of employers and schools across the country, has selected Elation as its electronic health record (EHR) platform to support its continued expansion. As HealthBar has now expanded to serve nearly 70 employer partners representing approximately 110,000 covered lives, it needed technology designed to embrace its model built on access, network, and data. HealthBar sought a platform that could support employer reporting on engagement and utilization, occupational health workflows such as Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals and return-to-work documentation, and custom patient experiences built through open APIs. "When evaluating a new electronic health record platform, our priorities were clear: Improve clinical efficiency, simplify the user and end-user experience, strengthen data reporting, and enhance interoperability with our healthcare partners. Elation has exceeded those expectations," said Adam Sevensma, FNP-C, Director of Clinical Practice at HealthBar. "Its intuitive workflow and integrated AI capabilities have significantly improved the efficiency of our clinical encounters, allowing our clinicians to spend more time focused on patients. Equally important, the robust reporting functionality provides meaningful insights that accurately reflect the value-based, primary and preventive care HealthBar delivers to our employer partners and the communities we serve." "Primary care models succeed when technology supports clinicians without adding complexity," said Nik Trotta, President and COO of Elation Health. "HealthBar is showing how employer-based primary care can improve when care teams have workflows that reflect how care is actually delivered, and how an open, flexible foundation can extend that experience." HealthBar has already leveraged Elation's native AI tools to streamline documentation for its distributed care team, employer-aware scheduling and reporting to coordinate care across dozens of worksites, and open APIs to build custom workflows directly into the EHR rather than working around it. HealthBar is currently live on Elation across current locations in multiple states and is using the platform to support planned expansion into additional geographies across the United States. About Elation Health Elation Health is the clinical-first AI platform for modern primary care success. Weave launches authorized integration with Elation Health, significantly reducing manual workflows for Primary Care practices.

Weave launches authorized integration with Elation Health, significantly reducing manual workflows for Primary Care practices. 80% of Healthcare Staff Spend at Least 30 Minutes a Day on Manual Data Entry - New Integration Gives That Time Back to Primary Care Teams LEHI, Utah-(BUSINESS WIRE)-#getweave - Weave (NYSE: WEAV), a leading AI-powered patient engagement and payments platform purpose-built for healthcare practices, today announced a new authorized integration with Elation Health, a leading clinical platform for independent primary care. The integration reduces manual work and improves operational efficiency by connecting patient communication directly to the practice's electronic health record (EHR). Independent and direct primary care practices often manage disconnected systems and manual processes that divert staff time from patient care. The Weave and Elation Health integration addresses that friction by automatically syncing patient and appointment data between the two platforms, creating a connected operational layer that automates communication across the patient journey. Manual data entry remains a significant drain on practice staff. A recent Weave survey of dental practices found that 80% of staff spend at least 30 minutes a day on manual data entry, with more than a quarter losing two or more hours. The new integration can give that time back to primary care teams by eliminating manual CSV uploads and automatically syncing data between systems. "Practices using Elation Health are focused on delivering personal, relationship-driven care, and that means their teams shouldn't be stuck managing software instead of patients. This integration can clear the way for staff to spend more of their time where it matters most," said Scott Chandler, VP of Strategic Partnerships at Weave. With the integration, practices using both Weave and Elation Health can: * Automatically sync patient and appointment data between systems, removing the need for manual uploads. * Identify callers instantly with real-time Call Pop showing patient and appointment context. * Reduce no-shows with automated appointment reminders and two-way texting. * Write appointment confirmations back into Elation Health automatically. * Grow online reputation with automated review requests sent after completed appointments. Practices interested in the integration can learn more and request a demo at https://www.getweave.com/integration/elation-health/. About Weave Weave is a leading vertical SaaS company delivering an AI-powered patient engagement and payments platform purpose-built for modern healthcare practices. DrFirst and Elation Health partner to help patients start and stay on prescribed medications.

DrFirst and Elation Health partner to help patients start and stay on prescribed medications. June 30, 2026 SAN FRANCISCO and ARLINGTON, Va., (June 30, 2026) - Elation Health, the clinical-first AI platform for modern primary care success, today announced a partnership with health technology leader DrFirst to help more patients fill and stay on the medications their physicians prescribe. Physician practices using the Elation Health EHR now have access to RxInform from DrFirst, a prescription engagement solution that supports patients as soon as a prescription is written, without adding steps for physicians. Studies show up to 30% of patients never fill their first prescription, and nearly 50% of patients with chronic conditions don't take medications as prescribed, which can contribute to poor health outcomes. Patients may struggle with high copays, have concerns about side effects, or simply forget to pick up prescriptions. "We're glad to welcome DrFirst to the Elation partner ecosystem," shared Ashley Rogers, Chief Product Officer at Elation. "Medication adherence is one of the most persistent gaps in primary care outcomes, and solutions like RxInform help close that loop between what a physician prescribes and what a patient actually receives. Partners like DrFirst extend the reach of what primary care clinicians can do for their patients." Through this partnership, moments after prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy, patients receive a secure, HIPAA-compliant text message on behalf of their physician. The messages connect patients with personalized information about their prescriptions, including pharmacy details, available coupons or discount cards, educational resources, and the option to set a pickup reminder. Results from a recent study published in PLOS Digital Health showed that patients with heart failure who engaged with the platform's personalized medication information had 19% higher likelihood of filling their prescriptions and 6% lower likelihood of hospital readmission. "Too many patients never benefit from the care their physician intended because a prescription sits unfilled," said Laizer Kornwasser, CEO of DrFirst. "Now, the moment a prescription is written, patients get the support they need to fill it." The integration is available now to clinicians using the Elation Health EHR.
