Responsibilities
  • Handle a portfolio of customers to improve ROI and secure contract renewal
  • Be the primary Anaplan point of contact and customer-trusted adviser
  • Work as part of an account team and execute the account strategy
  • Spot opportunities to grow Anaplan footprint at accounts
  • Monitor customer end-user adoption and build action plans
  • Guide and support customers to secure strong adoption
  • Align Platform Expansion plans to key business objectives
  • Educate Customers on Platform Roadmap
  • Ensure implementation success and service quality exceeds customer expectations
  • Resolve technical/platform issues with existing implementations
  • Advocate model-building best practices with customers
