Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, families, and staff with empathy and professionalism, including a compassionate and nonjudgmental demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and take-charge attitude.
  • Comfort and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and families, creating a welcoming and reassuring environment.
  • Engage consistently with clients to build trust, ease nerves, and support their transition into the facility.
  • Guide clients through the admission process.
  • Prepare and maintain client rooms and welcome materials.
  • Conduct facility orientations and explain schedules and community guidelines.
  • Assist clients with schedules, appointments, and access to personal items and One Card services.
  • Facilitate program groups and recreational activities while completing timely documentation.
  • Conduct room inspections, bed checks, vital sign monitoring, and medication-protocol activities to support client safety.
  • Conduct client searches, UTOX screenings, and frequent rounds.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate with internal teams and external responders.
  • Complete discharge procedures and account for clients’ personal property and medications.
  • Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
  • Document client interactions, observations, and services accurately.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support coordinated care and client experiences.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and organized workspace.
