Requirements
  • A Bac+4/5 education in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Communication is required.
  • Native French and fluent English are required for daily French work and regular international exchanges.
  • Four to seven years of experience, ideally in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Activation, in a GMS, CHD, restaurant, food retail, or point-of-sale network environment.
  • Field orientation, including willingness to visit stores and understand what works in practice.
  • Ability to turn creative ideas into practical, deployable activations.
  • Ability to assess activations by both commercial impact and visual quality.
  • Ability to coordinate product managers, sales teams, operations, and creative teams.
  • Attention to execution details and brand consistency.
  • Management experience is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop visible, effective, and easily deployable commercial activations at points of sale, translating marketing concepts and network needs into tools for kiosks.
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across the point-of-sale network and digital channels, with a focus on return on investment.
  • Create activation concepts and creative briefs for promotional periods, launches, and other commercial highlights.
  • Manage graphic creation, organize production, coordinate deployment, communicate tools to field teams, and monitor execution quality.
  • Adapt activation materials to kiosk and store constraints, measure results using return on investment, sales, field feedback, and execution quality, and improve activations accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain a Trade Marketing toolkit for local teams, covering scenarios such as kiosk openings, traffic declines, basket growth, new product launches, store events, anniversaries, local promotions, regional events, and partnerships.
  • Provide ready-to-use materials in each local toolkit, including point-of-sale advertising, posters, digital assets, promotional mechanics, implementation recommendations, and execution guides.
  • Review, create or adjust, and deploy specific field-requested operations outside the standard Trade Marketing toolkit; calculate their return on investment and redirect requests when appropriate.
  • Define and manage production of digital content that increases visibility, appeal, and engagement around the brands and products.
  • Build an editorial calendar aligned with commercial moments and product launches, incorporating current trends.
  • Develop content for social networks including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and establish new content formats and an editorial line.
  • Build and expand a reusable content library for different teams.
  • Act as the central coordinator for creative and digital requests from internal departments; turn requests into clear briefs, prioritize work, allocate workload, review work before presentation, ensure deadlines and brand consistency, and improve tools and working methods.
  • Ensure the visual quality of customer- and consumer-facing materials and organize product photo and video shoots.
