Payactiv seeks a skilled and motivated Program Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The Program Manager will report directly to the Head of Product and Design and play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of various product and Project Management Office (PMO) initiatives to enhance employees’ financial wellness across different organizations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, and has a strong track record of managing complex projects. This position is based out of our Milpitas CA office

What you will do...

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables for multiple initiatives aimed at improving employee financial wellness.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
Coordinate and lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project execution.
Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and partners, fostering effective communication and building strong relationships.
Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to financial wellness and program management.
Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO processes and best practices within the organization.

What you need...

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or related roles, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the fintech industry or with financial wellness programs is highly desirable.
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
