Requirements
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
  • Ability to learn and use company and customer systems.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic digital components.
  • Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to lift, pull, push, and position ladders, materials, and equipment, occasionally weighing more than 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders and stairs and walk long distances within the airport daily.
  • Ability to work occasional evening or late-night hours.
  • A 10-year FBI background check is required for the airport security badging process.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
  • A valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
  • Inspect all display locations daily, including illuminated printed, direct application, free charge stations, digital, and specialty assets, to ensure they are clean and in good working order.
  • Maintain signage conditions and operations, including daily functions, installations, and material management activities.
  • Safely hang client or airport copy or assist with installations as needed.
  • Receive and prepare copy or creative for illuminated signs for posting.
  • Maintain receiving records and post copy using required safety equipment and tools.
  • Distribute and display client brochures and magazines.
  • Oversee or assist with delivery, installation, daily operations, and load-out of airport exhibits.
  • Work with installers of non-traditional products on receiving, storing, and installations.
  • Maintain inventory to support sales efforts.
  • Measure new inventory to provide product specifications to independent contractors and the sales team.
  • Communicate airport issues, including terminal changes, to the Operations Manager and Market Manager.
  • Notify the Operations Manager of new products or signage found at the airport.
  • Report issues and complaints.
  • Provide escort or access for vendors or client tours as required.
  • Manage operational administrative requests.
  • Maintain working relationships with airport and terminal managers.
  • Manage and maintain airport service centers within the market area when applicable.
  • Perform daily airport walks using a set plan to identify, track, and resolve issues.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of static units.
  • Support static installations and removals through campaign start and end.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in identifying and troubleshooting digital issues.
  • Perform overnight work and/or represent Clear Channel Airports when necessary.
  • Share best practices with other market operations teams on bi-weekly operations calls.
  • Perform daily or weekly photo and video capture of passenger traffic and/or posted campaigns as requested by the Market Manager or through the POP process.
  • Attend airport operations meetings, testing, and evaluations related to inventory, airport changes, or new inventory installations.
  • Contribute sales-related ideas and participate in brainstorming exercises for sales initiatives.
  • Aid in the distribution and maintenance of Transportation Security Administration bins and carts as needed.
  • Perform other assigned or requested duties.

With average dwell times of an hour plus, the airport offers unique opportunities to connect consumers with brands. More than 3-out-of-4 (79%) Frequent Flyers would like to try new products at the airport, 63% are interested in signing up for a travel rewards program, and nearly half (47%) find it appealing to take a photo at a branded selfie station.This new research explores multiple audience segments, including how consumers engage with brands within the airport environment as well as the receptiveness of the elusive business decision maker.Business Frequent Flyers are Back: 87% plan to take 3 or more business trips in the next 12 months.A fundamental goal of the study was to understand the renewed wave of Business Frequent Flyers.
