Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or similar ones, with high achievement results
  • 4/8 years of work experience in licensing or at top consultancy firms
  • Natural commercial abilities with affinity with preactive reach-out, sales strategy and negotiation
  • Experience with presentations, storytelling and top-down communication
  • Professional working proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Good interpersonal communication (internal and external stakeholders)

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue Licensing opportunities with leading global organizations, and institutions to enhance Fever market presence globally
  • Support the GMs and senior team in their commercial discussions and efforts to expand Fever portfolio of IPs in the worlds
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential licensing partners, maintaining strong relationships and engagement throughout the licensing partnership lifecycle
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the licensing landscape
  • Negotiate and finalize licensing agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the company’s strategic goals and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and operations, to support licensing initiatives and ensure successful implementation
  • Play a crucial role in the strategic planning and execution of licensing projects, aligning with global business objectives
  • Manage and nurture existing licensing deals, ensuring partner satisfaction and exploring opportunities for renewal and expansion
  • Develop and implement licensing business development plans to achieve growth and engagement targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and potential partners
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to licensing activities, providing insights and recommendations
  • Utilize advanced google slides skills to create compelling and insightful presentations for pitching Fever offering and IP portfolio to prospective stakeholders
