About the job
- A Bac+5 education in information systems, logistics, supply chain, or an equivalent field is required.
- At least five years of SAP experience are required, with confirmed expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management and/or SAP Transportation Management.
- Solid understanding of supply-chain flows in an SAP S/4HANA environment is required.
- Proficiency integrating SAP Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and Production modules is required.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, is required.
- Analytical ability, rigor, and the capacity to address complex functional issues are required.
- Provide expert application support and maintain SAP Extended Warehouse Management and/or SAP Transportation Management, including incident management and resolution of functional issues.
- Lead corrections and enhancements from impact analysis and configuration through testing and production deployment.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, gather requirements, estimate work, write functional specifications, and maintain documentation.
- Optimize logistics processes including receiving, storage, picking, transport planning, and shipping in SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, and Production modules for end-to-end supply-chain visibility.
- Support key users in improving their practices and adopting new functionality.
- Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and maintain service quality in long-term customer partnerships.
- Experience in SAP application support or third-party application maintenance is strongly appreciated.
